SUMMARY

Principle Associate (Research & Litigation) with experience of more than 8 years in the IP field, which includes around 4 years of experience as a registered patent agent. I started as a paterst searcher, where my primary responsibility was to conduct searches and landscapes in various field such as biotechnology, mechanical, material science, genetics, medical, etc. I have passed patent agent examination in 2016, since then I am working as patent paralegal. I got an on hand training from a European patent attorney for drafting EP office action response and response to summons. I have drafted more than 90 office action response for EPO, which were mainly in the field of electronics (especially 5G, power electronics, semiautonomous car, antenna scheduling, display, mobile software, inventory management tools etc.) I also contribute to increase IP awareness among people, especially students by delivering a comprehensive presentation regarding IP to them at various occasions.

I have ability to successfully coordinate the activities of various departments concerned with the patent/non-patent research department, IT, sales/marketing, and serving various IP services. Comfortable working with people of all levels and having an excellent commercial approach to solving problems and developing enhanced analytical processes that aid in attracting clients and business. Having proven people management skills, with the ability to manage performance and motivate staff on an individual and team level.
